Keith Wicks
A masterful painter with the soul of an old master, Keith Wicks is able to capture the essence of the moment with a clarity and intensity rarely seen in contemporary works today. Through a technique all his own, he has developed the unique ability to harness the purity and energy of light, even when it’s dancing in the shadows.

Keith Wicks is currently featured in Best of American Oil Painters Vol. 2 out in print January 2010. Other features include Southwest Art magazine and American Artist magazine.

A Signature Member of the California Art Club (CAC), Keith Wicks’ award-winning paintings has been juried into several of the CAC Gold Medal Juried Exhibition at the Pasadena Museum of California History.

Keith founded the Sonoma Plein Air Foundation, a non-profit, all-volunteer organization funding art programs in Sonoma. He has co-founded Telluride Plein Air to benefit the Opera House programs in Telluride, Colorado. Wicks’ work has been showcased in various galleries throughout the United States. His paintings have been featured in promotional materials for the celebrated “Salute to the Arts” and the Sonoma Valley Film Festival. He has been the artist of choice for all the promotional materials and posters for the American Heart Association for several years running.

Keith Wicks paintings can be found in a number of celebrity/private collections, as well as public collections, such as the Westin St. Francis Hotel and the Renaissance Hotel.
